Return Period: 7 days from the date of delivery

1. Our Return Policy

At Aslidesi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal hygiene products (earbuds, earphones, etc.)
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at support@Aslidesi.pk
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our team

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund the shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • JazzCash: Refund to your JazzCash account within 7 business days
  • EasyPaisa: Refund to your EasyPaisa account within 7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: Refund to your bank account within 10 business days

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@Aslidesi.pk and follow our return process.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check your payment account. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Aslidesi.pk.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
